About

Capitolix is shorthand for “Capitolo IX”, or chapter nine of “The Prince”, where Machiavelli describes when citizens are elevated to positions of leadership by gaining the favor of their fellow citizens. It was founded by David Binetti, entrepreneur and himself an elected official representing the West Ada School District.
